They thought that TAFE students might be 'lured' over the road to a proposed small bar that was going to specialise in French wine and cheese. PPS Good blog! Yes only 14 years old. I travelled with my parents through France down to Malaga south of Spain. Nothing really fancy just robust fishy dishes, sausage, bread, olives etc. I loved the idea that you didn't have to choose just one dish but instead try everything a little bit. The patrons would just throw little bits of bone from their sardines on the ground and stray cats would eat them. Never seen anything like that before. Nice splash of colour between two black and white posts. My earliest memory of Tapas dates back to 1975. Yes only 14 years old.
